Haddzy.com is a free community rewards site for Haddzy's stream community. Coins on this site are play-money with no monetary value — the site is not a gambling service and pays out no money.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Haddzy.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. Some raffles and games are only open in certain countries.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account, and you can link your Kick and Discord accounts to it. One account per person — you are responsible for what happens on yours, including keeping the linked provider accounts secure. We may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our discretion where these terms are breached.

4. Coins, XP & raffles

Coins are play-money. You earn them by taking part — watching streams, daily rewards, the calendar and community events — and spend them on raffle entries and on-site games. Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for anything outside the site, and they have no monetary value. House games and raffles run on a provably-fair system you can verify yourself on the fairness pages.

5. Fair play & acceptable use

Do not farm rewards, exploit bugs, harass other users, or access the site through bots or other automated means. If you find a bug, report it rather than use it. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or terminated, and because coins and XP have no value, any balance is forfeit when an account is terminated.

6. Partner casinos & affiliate links

The site features promotions and affiliate links for third-party casino partners. Those are separate services with their own terms — when you follow a link to a partner, you leave our site and our responsibility ends. Bonuses and codes shown for partners are the partners' offers, not ours. Gambling on partner sites involves real money and is only for adults in places where it is legal.

7. Intellectual property

The site's branding, artwork and content belong to the site operator and may not be reused without permission. You keep ownership of the chat messages you write, but you grant us a licence to display them on the site.

8. Disclaimers, liability & governing law

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment.
