No, never. We only read your team's public FPL page — the same page anyone can see. The team-name code is the whole proof.

FAQCan I change my team name back after linking?

Yes — as soon as you see the green tick, rename your team to anything you like. The code only needs to be there for the check itself.

FAQCan I link more than one FPL team?

No. One FPL team per Haddzy account, and each FPL team can only ever be claimed once. That's what keeps the table fair.

FAQI linked the wrong team — what do I do?

If you haven't verified yet, just enter the right Team ID and you'll get a fresh code. If you already verified, unlink from your team card and start again.
