Last updated 11 June 2026. This policy explains what Haddzy.com collects, why, and what control you have over it. The site is a free community rewards platform — coins here are play-money with no monetary value, and we keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to run it.
You sign in through a provider you already use — Google, Kick, Twitch or Discord. From that provider we receive your display name, avatar and email address, plus the provider's account ID so we can recognise you next time. On the site itself we record your activity: coin balance, XP and level, game and raffle history, and any chat messages you send. That is the full list — we do not collect anything else.
We use this data to run your account: keeping your balance and level correct, entering you into raffles you join, showing your name and avatar in chat and on leaderboards, and contacting raffle winners. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
We set two cookies, both strictly functional: an authentication session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a non-identifying signed-in hint cookie (hz_si) that tells the site whether to render the signed-in shell. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that host and run the platform, or where the law requires it. Some information is public by design: your display name, avatar, level, leaderboard position and chat messages are visible to other users.
Your personal data is encrypted at rest using a key that is unique to your account. We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as we need it to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. If you delete your account, we erase your personal data by destroying your account's encryption key, which makes it permanently unreadable. Non-personal ledger records — such as game outcomes needed for fairness verification — remain, but can no longer be linked to you.
The site is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly hold data on anyone younger, and we will delete any such account we find. Access is also unavailable in some regions, enforced on our servers.
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site before they take effect.
