What it is
The sequel to Mental, set in an asylum on an odd 3-2-3-2-3 grid. Fire Frames split symbols in two and Fire Reels split them in three, which adds ways to win. Enough Fire Frames open cells under the middle reels that reveal wilds, xSplit, xNudge wilds or xWays. Dead Patient symbols reveal a patient with a multiplier of up to 9,999×.
The bonus
Three scatters give 8 Bloodletting Spins, and the Fire Frames and Fire Reels stay put for all of them. Add one Disembodied scatter for Surgery Spins, which carry dead multipliers onto later patients. Add two for ExperiMENTAL Spins, where those multipliers keep building and never run down.
In Haddzy's hunts
Opened once in Haddzy's hunts, on 16 Aug 2026. Only one bonus in the record so far, and it landed well. One bonus says little either way.
Who it suits
Players who know Nolimit City's games and want the wildest swings.
Good
- 99,999× cap
- Three bonus tiers that build on each other
- Lots of ways for a spin to explode
Not so good
- Insane volatility means long dry runs
- Hard to follow for new players
